Melissa’s mother died last year and she is really stuck in her grieving process. Due to her being in emotional discomfort, I was about to cancel our appointment on the morning of the recording, but I remembered the positive feedback I get from people after our chat and decided that it might actually do her good to talk to me. So I pushed through.
